If the product you received doesn't capture your heart the way you hoped, don't worry—returns are straightforward at EverydayNailCoats!

You can return your items within 14 days from the date you received your package. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items or products purchased at a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Also, initial shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.

We value your feedback! If you're returning an item, please let us know the reason. Your insights help us improve, and we appreciate constructive criticism.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please send an email to Include your name, email address, order number, and the names of the items you wish to return. We will respond with a return form and the address where you should send your return.


*Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We HIGHLY recommend that you return your items via certified mail or a courier that offers proof of shipment. At this time, we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged (but we're working on becoming even more customer-friendly!).



Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.



Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you are welcome to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund. The refund will be processed promptly once we receive the returned package.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will make sure you are refunded for these items.
